Most pleasant car buying experience ever ! I located the vehicle I was interested in on the internet. I reviewed this information and even though dealership was over 70 miles away , the quality of photos online , Carfax information, and CJ 's prompt response my wife and I decided to drive up. The Dealership was beautiful and all interactions professional and cheerful. Its nice to find a workplace where you experience happy employees. CJ came out and showed us the car and readied us for test drive. While I figured she would be knowledgeable about Mini's I was impressed with the advanced knowledge she had of the Jeep we were inquiring about. While I didn't purchase immediately as the vehicle needed to go through Service Department yet. I did put a deposit on the vehicle. The Service Department checked it out and were very transparent in their diagnosis. throughout the purchase CJ was very helpful as was Business Manager, Zach . No push , no pressure just a quality used car at a very fair price and very nice experience. I would venture to guess that the balance of Germain Dealerships run just as well and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank You all! More

She quickly understood what I wanted from a buying interface/experience and tuned into my needs. All electronic communication was efficient and really felt personal. . .not at all artificial or generic as is all too often the case. I called him and told him I had a little window of time in between meetings, told him what I was looking for and asked him to be very efficient with my time. When I arrived the car I wanted to drive was waiting for me, as was Jonathan. He did a fantastic job of giving me an education about the cars available. He was super informative and I didn't feel pushed or pressured. We walked the lot together and looked at many cars. He was able to provide me with pricing information very quickly. I ended up buying my first ever MINI as a result of his great service to me. I highly recommend working with Jonathan on your next car purchase. More

Never trust a used car salesman even at a dealership I called the dealer and told him that I was willing to drive 3.5 hours to purchase a vehicle in their lot if they were up front and honest about the c I called the dealer and told him that I was willing to drive 3.5 hours to purchase a vehicle in their lot if they were up front and honest about the condition of the vehicle. He took additional pictures of the vehicle to show the minor blemishes. I told him I would be there the next day, and would let him know when I got on the road. I did so, and let him know that my GPS said I would be around 3 PM. He sent me a text back confirming that, and then even ent an e-mail confirmation of the appointment. I made the trip to find that car was going out on a test drive just as I was walking in the dealership. I was there at 3:02 PM not a bad estimation of arrival based on the 3.5 hour drive. The people who test drive it bought it. I drove 7 hours for nothing. Took a half day off work for nothing. Never have I been treated like this. It was from a certified Mini dealership, not a used car lot owned by a private owner. More
