service of my mini cooper My mini needed service. i asked advisor when is a slow day. he said wed i brought the mini for repair. i told him i was waiting for it. He told me where the lounge was in the dealership. i went had had some breakfast and was gone for 3-1/2 hours. i came back and asked was the car finished. They stated it had not been worked on. WHY DO YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING AT 9:30 if they aren't working on it. I asked to see the manager he was not in. he is also the manager of the honda in ann arbor, i called there he was not in.. i left a detailed message about what happened. no return message or phone call. i called miniusa customer service and filed a complaint with them. No response there either..Would i buy or lease another mini. NOT FROM ANN ARBOR mini. They do not care about their customers. This was my sixth and final mini. Customer service is where you keep your customers. Worst service center i have ever seen. More
