Absolutely Awesome!! Everytime I have any issue with my Frontier, these folks never hesitate to take care of me. I had an ABS sensor that was bad, I brought it to service Everytime I have any issue with my Frontier, these folks never hesitate to take care of me. I had an ABS sensor that was bad, I brought it to service when the light came on and none of them questioned me or asked if I had an appointment, they just jumped into action and took care of the sensor free of charge. I needed them again when I had a flat tire, they again jumped into action without hesitation and took care of me. These folks are what "Customer Service" is all about. I am a customer for life. Thank You David, Dalton, Josh and Clayton for making me feel like I was your best customer!!! More

However, Newton Nissan is our dealer of choice for service for both vehicles. One reason is because of David Stone, he is always friendly and courteous. He has our best interest at heart, as well as that of the company. He makes sure we understand everything that needs to be done before proceeding ahead with the service. He also makes sure to go over the inspection report each and every time we get service. The customer waiting area is always clean and it is well stocked with amenities for the customers while they wait. The other employees in the customer waiting area are also very friendly. It is a pleasure to wait for our vehicles to be serviced. More
Amazing service I took my 2008 Nissan Altima in for the cvt transmission replacement and found out there was an out standing recall as we'll. I called the dealership and spoke with Shawn Roberts to see if they have rental cars, when I got there on Wednesday Shawn hooked me up with Vernon who kept in contact with me through the whole process! My car was done the following Monday, I picked my car up that evening and noticed my alignment was off so I called Vernon and he asked when I could get it back to him with no questions asked!!
