Helpful service I recently went into the dealership for an oil change with a replacement filter. I was immediately met by Chip Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable I recently went into the dealership for an oil change with a replacement filter. I was immediately met by Chip Smith. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. However after the evaluation of all the parts of my car, he had to tell me that I needed over $700.00 dollars worth of brake service. I knew that he was right, but could not pay that amount. He worked with me to find a solution to getting the brakes replaced with a 60 day same as cash loan. This worked for me. The next morning when I arrived, he was ready to get my car taken care of immediately. I appreciated the care, the effort and concern for my needs. He was very pleasant to work with and obviously cares about what is best for the car and customer. More

The offered to put them on for me. I have never seen that before. They are always friendly and NEVER have they been pushy salespersons. Today, I ran into the shop because of low tire pressure. I felt sure it was the cold weather break were are having. David Stone, filled all the tires up to the proper amount of air, right then and there, and sent me on my way.
