In the year 2020 is sad to say we deal with social issue that’s been plaque the US for years , and we as African Americans do what we have to do to survive which includes to not admitting to what actually the issue I experienced at Newton Nissan on January 11 2020. I received numerous phones calls from the management team at Newton Nissan but never received a call from Taylor Brown the Service Advisor. Ms Brown had ample opportunity to just say I am sorry for any misunderstanding or any inconvenience during my visit. My answer to Newton Nissans response no need for damage control ,damage is done
