Customer Service is terrible We have had multiple issues. The service dept and parts dept give misinformation frequently. When I purchased my 2013 Pathfinder brand new it had a de We have had multiple issues. The service dept and parts dept give misinformation frequently. When I purchased my 2013 Pathfinder brand new it had a deep scratch that we were assured would be repaired before we brought it home only for it not to be repaired upon pickup. Had to drop it off for an extended stay bc the technician “didn’t see the scratch” although clearly notated. On another occasion was told our faulty sun visors would be replaced for free only to have the service dept try to charge us hundreds of dollars when picked up. And now this, we lost our key fob and my vehicle is in Nashville. Our additional is faulty and not working. We called the dealership yesterday to get a quote on new key fobs and were told the cost and that both key fobs would be programmed and ready for pick up this morning. We stopped by the dealership to pay for the key fobs yesterday afternoon and again were told everything g would be completed and ready for pick up first thing this morning. We get to the dealership at 9:00 AM only to be told that we have the key fobs but no we can’t program them without the vehicle there as well. WTH. We live over an hour away and could’ve already had the vehicle towed to the dealership if we had been given the correct information to begin with. So now we are trying to get someone to meet us at to program the keys on site. All this dealership cares about is selling a car. Every time we are there for repairs they come in like vultures to “upgrade” our vehicle and yesterday was no exception. You really need to improve communication with one another and customers. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and possibly never buy another Nissan which is sad considering I’m a loyal Nissan patron who has owned 3 Altimas, 1 Xterra and 1 Pathfinder. More

Rebecca, service advisor, checked vehicle’s history & found almost all the service was done when I bought the truck. Nissan could easily have charged me for the full service & I would not have known. Fantastic to know how honest they are. Buying the truck was so easy & pleasant, & now I know service is honest. Today I bought new mats & Cam installed them for me. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Very friendly and accomodating! My car was part of the air bag recall. I took it in and got the passenger side fixed quickly. I had to have a courtesy car until they could get the parts for the driver side air bag. They were very helpful, and didn't even laugh when they had to come unlock it for me (since it didn't have a smart key). When I needed a ride after bringing my car in to get fixed, they quickly got a service person to take me home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return! More
Friendly and professional I made an appointment to have a rear bumper guard installed on my Rogue. Later I decided that I needed and oil change. I called the dealership and they added this service no problem. When I arrived I was greeted and taken to the waiting area. Rebecca Hargrove the service advisor showed me my air filter and cabin filter. I have owned this vehicle for two years and no one has ever showed then to me. They were in desperate need of changing. Rebecca also gave me information on scheduled maintenance. She stayed with me until I checked out. The other thing that stood out to me was my vehicle was in the pull in/ Drive out service lane . They opened the door and I drove out. At another dealership in Murfreesboro I had to search for my car in the parking lot. I never got my car back in the same condition I took it in. Thanks Newton Nissan South for a job well done. You gained a customer. More
