Great Customer service Simply went to go get an oil change and with the inspections that they do, they noticed something was going on with my left front brake. They put me in a loaner car and kept my car for the majority of the day and fixed it for me. Because it was certified with them they didn't charge me for it! Great Kim was great in the service department. She took care of me. I bought my focus in 2017. This was my 2nd oil change. I told Kim what my car was doing Kim was great in the service department.
