I had outstanding service from Newton Ford South! I was helped by Gabriel Stewart to find a family car that suited me and my husbands wants and needs. He did an excellent job by selecting us a Kia Se I was helped by Gabriel Stewart to find a family car that suited me and my husbands wants and needs. He did an excellent job by selecting us a Kia Sedona that was everything we wanted. Plenty of space, fold down seats, and drives very smoothly. I highly recommend asking for Gabriel. More

Very disappointed in the way Mr. Green handled an issue we had while at the dealership. We had items missing from vehicle after an oil change. for whatever reason, their service department opened the tai we had while at the dealership. We had items missing from vehicle after an oil change. for whatever reason, their service department opened the tailgate of our truck for an oil change and as we drove away, we lost multiple items before we realized it was open. I contacted Mr. Green and he answered quickly, seemed sincere and said he would pay for lost items. I emailed him the list and he changed his mind. I have his email stating he would take care of it and he has now went back on his word. Very poor way to run a business. His correspondence since the initial email, have been very rude. I will share this experience with everyone I can, in hopes I save someone else the grief they have caused us. More

these people are solely responsible for my f-250 being broke down several times since I started going to them for my service work. They DO NO check anything when doing a service. I have been broke down se broke down several times since I started going to them for my service work. They DO NO check anything when doing a service. I have been broke down several time because vehicle was not maintained. The air filter plugged completely and they charged me for the repair after it was neglected. They let the battery terminals corrode so badly the post could not be seen. Stay away from these people, they will ruin your vehicle!!!!!!! More

Had airbag recall fixed and my appointment was fit into their schedule faster then i could have expected. Everyone i spoke with was extremely friendly, helpful and answered and any all questions I had re their schedule faster then i could have expected.
