They damaged my car and want me to pay for them to fix it so I have no car now after I had already paid for the job done.The part was defective so they had to replace it and damaged the balance chain and tim so I have no car now after I had already paid for the job done.The part was defective so they had to replace it and damaged the balance chain and timing chain so they still have my car and I have no more money to pay for what the mechanic damaged in doing the repair. I can’t try to drive a car that might kill myself and or my child I don’t even know if it drives. Waiting for attorneys general office to let me know what to do next about the issue. More

They did the job but didn’t seem like they cared if they had your business or not. Everything seemed like you were interfering with their day. As far as buying a new vehicle here I’m on the fence. I’m more interested in the quality of the service department than I am anything else. The buy is a one time thing the service is a multi time investment. I realize you have to make money on a trade in but you also have to be fair to the market to get a costumer. They fell short. More
