I will say I filled out this survey before everything was signed for. One of the first things I said to Shelby was how bad the car smelled. She assured me that it would be cleaned and sprayed with a pleasant smelling scent. When we completed all of the documentation and went to get in the car nothing had been cleaned. She apologized and said it could be done but would be another 45 minutes. We had already spent quite a long time waiting for the paperwork to be completed and we were ready to get back home since we had an hour and a half drive home. Our car was taken back to the shop. I have no idea why it would have sat there untouched for that long but it was very disappointing and I spent all day yesterday cleaning it myself and trying to get the bad scent gone. Very disappointing.
