Had a run in with the owner of Newton Automotive & Sales who cut me off in traffic pushing me into the oncoming traffic lane so he wouldn't hit my car. When I beeped at him he gave me the finger and jammed who cut me off in traffic pushing me into the oncoming traffic lane so he wouldn't hit my car. This very large guy with tattoo sleeves got out of his car threatening me, telling me to get out of my car and reaching into his car like he had a weapon (I'm a woman.). He was grabbing his groin, and acting like he was masturbating in the middle of a very busy intersection. He was in a black Range Rover with the dealer plate on it from this company's sales lot (looks like the one on their site for sale). He laughed when I wrote down his license plate and said he owned the dealership. He then further tried to harass me as he drove away, blocking both lanes and stopping in front of me at green lights. This person seems to have huge anger issues. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. More

If you’re looking to buy a vehicle or get one fixed from this dealer. Let me save you the trouble. I bought a used vehicle there less than a year ago. Starting with the test drive. After being driven to an off site lot 10 minutes away to the vehicle, I mentioned a couple things didn’t feel right but if they could fixed the issues I had with it we can work something out. Day of driving the vehicle home I noticed that it was certainly not fixed. Being out of state I had to get it inspected in my state within 7 days. Which it failed right off the lot. I asked for a list of what needed to be fixed to bring back to the dealer. Stan, the owner offered a loaner but couldn’t get it to me in a reasonable time, so I took a day out of work to get everything taken care of. Long story short they did not complete everything they said they did in the entire 8 hours I was there. This is all after being told they would have passed the vehicle prior to me even bringing it home. Stan mentioned to me that his guys told him they fixed everything before I picked up the vehicle the first time, which clearly they did not. Stan also said that waiting 8 hours that all work was completed, which was also not true. Stan lied from day one about the vehicle and what has been done to it. A few weeks later after getting the work done, one of the things being the rotors that had chunks missing from it. While on the road, one of the calipers, yes the caliper from one of the brakes they actually did, just fell off. At this point I just didn’t want to deal with them anymore. Since then in the last couple months I had an electrical issue which stoped the vehicle from being able to accelerate. I took it to a different garage to get fixed along with the other brakes and rotors that Stan and his “trusty team” was suppose to take care of the day I took a day off to get it done the first time. This new garage I took it to, worked on the electrical issue, then noticed the drive shaft for my 4-wheel was about to break off so he removed it. When I asked about the severity of that happening I was told “if you were going down the highway and that happed, you and your family would be dead” he didn’t charge me anything to have it removed and gave me instruction on where and how I can do it if I didn’t want to pay to have it done. Stan lied to sell me a very dangerous vehicle that if not caught would have killed me and my family. I’m in the middle of figuring out how to get rid of it since it no longer meets Lemmon law. If you don’t care about your family or wanna buy something to get rid of that pesky neighbor of yours, stop on by and see Stan at Newton automotive and Sales, where the only inventory they show on their site are the higher value vehicles such as Audi, BMW, Ferrari, land rovers and more. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership on 10/18/19. I was sold an extended warranty at the time of sale. Per emails from the dealership on, 10/12/19, 10/14/19, and 10/15/19, I was told multiple times t I was sold an extended warranty at the time of sale. Per emails from the dealership on, 10/12/19, 10/14/19, and 10/15/19, I was told multiple times that the warranty covers everything that the factory warranty covers. The extended warranty contract states it is an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty. I brought the car to my mechanic on 1/10/20 due to the vehicle leaking in my driveway for some time. Three leaks were discovered: • Suspension System was leaking due to a broken and missing clamp. The claim was denied by Freedom Warranty inspector because he felt a new clamp could easily repair the issue. • Transmission lines were leaking. Claim was denied due to Freedom Warranty inspector feeling the lines were only seeping and not leaking. • Rear Differential was leaking. Claim was denied due to Freedom Warranty inspector stating this was an old repair that pre-dated my warranty contract, meaning per the warranty company, the vehicle was sold to me needing a major repair. I tried cancelling the warranty with the warranty company and I was told I had to cancel through the dealership, even though my contract is between myself and Freedom Warranty, and dealership has nothing to do with the warranty contract at this time. I was also told there is a cancellation fee that I was not notified of ahead of time and not in the contract. I tried contacting owner of the dealership and have not received a response. I contacted the salesman Olek, but have not made any progress in the two months time. I have been told he will talk to someone and call me the following day, but I get no response. More

Amazing Experience I will never buy a car from another dealer. I just bought an M3 from these guys and it was an AWESOME experience. I've bought a lot (some might say too many) cars and it is NEVER a fun experience - at best, it's painless. But at Stan's the guys are great! I mean I went there probably 6-7 times before I asked them to find a car for me. And I'll keep going there, just to hang out. They have the best lot I've ever seen. Beautiful cars for really good prices and there's never any pressure, no BS...just car talk. These are great guys and they are legit. If you like nice cars, go check out their inventory. More

The owner (Stan) is just as bad. - The car had giant gouges in two places when I picked it up which I immediately mentioned and took photos of. Since I'd already paid - they basically said "too bad". I talked to the owner (Stan) afterward and his solution was "pay my friend to fix it. He needs the business." Stan then agreed to send a check to cover a fraction of the cost, and he welched on that deal too. - They didn't honor the warranty when a defect was found shortly after I took the car (within the warranty period). In fact, they wouldn't return my calls or email. - They lied about making repairs that were agreed to in writing. Of course, Olek the con salesman wasn't there. Stan the con-owner wasn't there. If you enjoy being lied to and ripped off - its a great place to go. More
