I'm looking around the lot and not seeing anything in my budget and along comes Nick. To the rescue because I was about to jet. He informed me that they did indeed have cars within my budget and proceeded to bring out a few selections, but there was really only one choice. My Hyundai Elantra Limited is the new love of my life. Baby has a good body, great interior and runs like new. He didnt bring me junk to look at. He brought me really nice selections. Nick then gets me in the office and set me up so fast and that matters a lot to someone as impatient as myself. He explained everything and made sure that before I signed anything that I loved the car. He didnt want me to like it... He wanted me to love it. He's a great personality, as salesmen tend to have, but it's genuine and laidback. I felt no pressure at all to buy a car. Just a laidback environment. Thank you, Nick, for all of your assistance with getting me set up with a car that I LOVE. I spoke and dealt with others such as Susan, Jess and Lorie. Bad place to buy a car, good place for car services My wife has new credit and we bought a car there for 4k down. After we bought the car, I had to go there five times in a week fixing a lose parking li My wife has new credit and we bought a car there for 4k down. After we bought the car, I had to go there five times in a week fixing a lose parking light, shaking wheels 3 times which can’t be perfectly fixed since they said it was the after market wheels. After all the waste of time, the last time we went there was to return the car because they couldn’t get us financed and needed another 2k for the down payment. We agreed upon it and after I had to be late for work dealing with all these problems, I checked the new deal which needed more money down and higher rates finding out that they were being shady and took out the warranty we bought without telling us so the price would look agreeable so I decided not to get the car after all. They returned our deposit saying that it would be 72 hours but ended up being 5 business days plus 2 days weekend. I ended up buying the same car at Honda West for better rates, better options and condition car and cheaper price!! There are 3 reasons I gave them 2 stars. First is the sales guy Ignacio was great and helpful. Second is they did gave us back all the deposit money. Third is the mechanic manager was very helpful snd tried his best to fix the car. More

This time around I had no choice and I must say that this was the greatest experience I've ever had. The whole process was professional and smooth. I didn't feel pressured and wasn't given the run around. Ignacio was my sales rep and he went through great lengths to get me the best deal possible. He was very understanding, down to Earth and knowledgeable. I ended up driving off the lot with a newer car than I originally came for with a lower than expected interest rate! I would for sure recommend Newport Motors to anyone looking for a good running, reasonably priced vehicle. More
