Miss Ann, who I contacted originally about my interest in the Nissan Versa, responded with an email and phonecall within mintues of my inquiry. She was also very nice and made me feel right at home. Blown Away Me and my wife decided to just look at the time because my car was too small and our family car was getting by. So we did an online interest at Newport and got a call from AnnMarie right away. The next day we go and get introduced to Miles. He was great and patient with us. Didnt give us the run around, found the vehicle we wanted and boom negotiations began. We ran into a snag with our vehcile but again them being as good as they are completely worked with us. After a few hours (hey I'm buying a car it's not a fast process) we left in a great car at a great price. The whole staff makes you feel at home, like Norm from cheers. We felt so good leaving we are already talking about getting outn2nd car from there! More

He knew we didn't want to spend all day doing paperwork for the vehicle I was purchasing so he tried very hard to get it done as fast as possible. He had a good attitude for having to deal with my sister, my friend and myself. We went in knowing what I wanted and we weren't going to be pushed around. Susan the finance lady was awesome as well. There was a small mix up and she fixed it and had us on our way. With a couple things I need fixed on the vehicle they both told me to go in so we can get them fixed right away. Best experience buying a vehicle that I've had. ***Update*** Susan's follow through is not very good. The issues I had a couple hours after leaving the car dealership she told me she would help me. She then told me I had to contact the warranty place i had bought my additional warranty from to get my shaking steering wheel fixed. When I called they were confused that they were being called so soon after just a couple hours of me buying the vehicle but they said that all I have to do is take it to a shop to get it quoted and they would help me take it from there. The other item that needed to be fixed the car dealership was going to fix for me and she was supposed to make me an appointment with the service department and she said she would call me back and never called me back. After a couple days I called the service department myself to get an appointment set up. The service department was wondering why I hadn't been there yet. And then the service department took care of both of my issues and we're confused that I would call the warranty place after I just bought the vehicle from there too. My main complaint if you're going to offer up help then you need to follow through, either that or refer me to the person who can. I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. With living out of town, a new baby, and a job I need time to plan to go get things fixed. More
