I made a reservation today at 10am for an oil change, and arrived on time. I had to wait 20 minutes to check in, and my car was not ready until 12:15pm. Two hours and fifteen minutes for an oil change when arrived on time. I had to wait 20 minutes to check in, and my car was not ready until 12:15pm. Two hours and fifteen minutes for an oil change when you have a reservation, and I told them to skip the car wash? Seriously? Moreover, last year I had the exact same experience at Lexus Mission Viejo, which is why I decided to give Newport a try. It appears Lexus has a corporate policy to overbook with no regard to how long you have to wait. I will not be back again--to any Lexus dealer. More
