Scammers don’t care about customers safety. Never give loaner cars my car set there over a week talked to service manager ken went there gave them the paper work from stevens and mavis he made copies said i ll take a look call you back i called them like 5 times still gonna get back to me they don’t take customers serious but when they get a mail from court they sure . unrealistic unprofessional they will charge and tell you things are wrong when there isn’t. i am writing this so the boss see this and takes care of it bad workers everywhere not the bosses fault More

Great Service Department I scheduled my service appointment early In early April, using Newins website. Not knowing what days and hours would be available in June due to the pandemic. I chose June 17th @ 10:30 for a State Inspection and The Works Oil & Filter change, and dropping the vehicle off. Ken emailed me back confirming my appointment was set. I was sent reminders via email and texts. June 17th I dropped my vehicle off, Colin met me outside the office, he asked my last name, took my key and asked what work I was requesting and a phone number where I could be reached. Colin called me 3 hours later and said the vehicle is ready. I went back and picked up my vehicle, Colin met me and explained the work that was performed by my Tech Fernando. I recommend Newins Service Department. More
I. Had my 2017 Escape in for service 2x ( April 2019 and July 2019) after the car broke down. When the engine failed a third time, then you said it need an engine replacement. By now, the car had 61000 miles in - and ford says it is out of warranty. The $6k cost is on me. Shame on you . More

I will be in contact soon. After my car was in service department for an extended period of time to have repairs made via an insurance claim I later had other issues. Brought the car back and was not sati department for an extended period of time to have repairs made via an insurance claim I later had other issues. Brought the car back and was not satisfied with how my issue was being handled so I towed the car out and brought it to another repair facility. I was informed that there is over $500 of insurance paid replacement parts missing, never changed. In contact with corporate and will be submitting a formal complaint and will look for a refund on the parts that were paid for but not installed. It’s called insurance fraud. As soon as my repairs are done at other facility and they provide the pictures of old parts not new I will be in touch. Terrible service department....... More
