Amazing service folks!!! I have brought my charger to this dealership twice now for repairs, Everytime they have gone above and beyond for me. Since it was stil I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee and love it! I had to replace the original alternator in early 2017 and two weeks ago it failed. Since it was still under the repair warranty, Service Advisor Kevin Ames made sure it was replaced at no cost to me AND provided my a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. I was very pleased with the top notice customer service I received. More
Excellent Customer Service! I took my 2005 Dodge 3/4 ton in on a Monday morning for what I assumed was a loose wire in my tow light receptacle. I had had some custom wiring done I took my 2005 Dodge 3/4 ton in on a Monday morning for what I assumed was a loose wire in my tow light receptacle. I had had some custom wiring done by another company to accommodate a truck camper and all indications were that wiring was somehow failing and taking my trailer connection with it. The Service Manager and Service Writer on duty both expressed that they were severely overbooked already and I honestly figured that would be the case on a Monday morning, but I had to try. Even with technicians already started on their morning assignments, they squeezed me in for a 5 minute look to see if it was an easy fix. It turned out they found loose connections which they pointed out to me so that I could address them myself, which I later did. They had the truck off the hydraulic lift and back out the door, no charge, it less than 10 minutes. It was incredible, courteous service.....pretty much what I have come to expect from Newberg Dodge. Thank you!! More

We started having overheating issue's during the summer heat. There was some confusion at first about diagnosing the problems. I'm happy to say that they provided us a loaner car free of charge. And were honest & reasonable with the cost of the fixes that were not covered by our extended warranty. I now have a vehicle I can depend on, without any issues with overheating! The manager of the service department Bill is an amazing man who will work with you to fix any problems you may have. I appreciate everything they have done for my family. More

Great service for most things; missed the AC I took my 2003 RAM 2500 for service, and they did a great job for the most part. I told them the AC did not hold a charge, and specifically requested I took my 2003 RAM 2500 for service, and they did a great job for the most part. I told them the AC did not hold a charge, and specifically requested they check it, and that I could recharge it, and a week later it was dead. Sure enough, they said the AC was great, but a week later, it was blowing warm air. After telling them that UP FRONT, then spending the money on AC diagnostic, you would think they could do better. If they did diagnose it, their equipment really needs recalibrated. More

My service representative understood that changing "caretakers" for my 19 year-old "friend", was important to me. He made me feel extremely comfortable, called me during the time the care was being services to keep me updated, and returned my car to me on scheduled. Thanks for a great experience We brought our Jeep to Newberg Dodge as we've had good experiences there in the past, even though other dealers were closer. We now live in Montana an We brought our Jeep to Newberg Dodge as we've had good experiences there in the past, even though other dealers were closer. We now live in Montana and were on a trip to Portland when the alternator failed and needed to be replaced. I called the dealership and talked with Terry, the Service Manager. I explained our situation and he went ahead and ordered an alternator from the warehouse so it would be there the next morning when they started work on the Jeep. On testing, we were also advised that the battery would have to be replaced as well. We gave our approval to do this and the work was completed on time. After the new alternator was installed, our service advisor, Ryan, asked the tech to perform a more thorough test of the battery and it was then determined it was actually ok. So they removed the new battery and reinstalled our old battery which saved us approximately $200. The old battery is only 2 years old and works just fine since the alternator was replaced. They could have left the new battery in and we would have never known the difference. Thanks, guys, for your honesty and good work. We really appreciated your efforts to get our Jeep in quickly and get us back on the road. More
