Wasted my time and vacation I brought in my brand new RAM 1500 truck with an MIL on Monday. I ran the codes before I came in and found a P047D. They found the same code and said it was an exhaust pressure sensor. They had the vehicle for three and part of a fourth day and told me they could not figure out what was wrong and told me to come get the truck. During the three days I received one call reporting the status - "We are working on it with the corporate specialist" Communication was terrible and when I called no one picked up nor did anyone return my calls from service. Finally, they said come get the truck and bring it back when you are back from vacation. It should not be a problem. It was, I drove to Diamond Lake and it broke down! The message said it needed filling in 500 miles. 8 miles later it said 360 miles. I called and they said to stop driving it and have it towed. That is when I found that getting a tow was a nightmare when working with Road side assistance. 83 miles to the nearest dealer is expensive and it took 24 hours to get a truck to tow it. Because of COVID, I was left at the campsite with no transportation with my Wife, son and Grandson and a trailer with no way to get transportation. The truck was towed 137 miles to Eugene RAM. It took 2 days to fix the problem. One to diagnose the same code, order the part and the first couple hours of the morning to fix it. They knew what they were doing but Newberg RAM did not. Will never take my truck back to that dealership for service. More

I couldn't do that the time, but the have the problem on record, so I will do that later. Very helpful, and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service. More

My service for my Jeep was supposed to be over $1800, but Ed realized it was something that Ed Dotter was extremely helpful and kind to work with me. My service for my Jeep was supposed to be over $1800, but Ed realized it was something that would be covered under a warranty because of faulty installation. I was so ecstatic! Other dealerships I had spoken with, were not very pleasant or hepful. Ed went out of his way to help me and was very kind in the process. He even left a Thank You note in my car! I will forever be going to Newberg Jeep for all of my service needs and when I'm ready for a new car, that will be where I go. I'm grateful for an outstanding experience at Newberg Jeep. More

When dropping my car off I needed help getting it off the tow dolly. The 3 technicians who pushed it off ripped off my entire bumper but told me they would fix it. When my car was ready, the manager Ed said tow dolly. The 3 technicians who pushed it off ripped off my entire bumper but told me they would fix it. When my car was ready, the manager Ed said it was broken and they would not be fixing or replacing it because it was somehow my fault. He then screamed at my insurance agent on the phone then called me a while later to say they managed to fix it. THEY DID NOT FIX IT. The bumper is barely secure, all the pieces that would hold it on are busted off, my headlights is pushed in, and another panel on the front is bent out of place. I will never be returning to them or recommending them. More
