If your issue doesn’t throw a code, don’t go here. I am still in shock over how poorly I was treated by Ed and John, they were so condescending that I almost didn’t leave my car, but I did because I need i still in shock over how poorly I was treated by Ed and John, they were so condescending that I almost didn’t leave my car, but I did because I need it fixed. They didn’t fix it, but did advise that I not go over a speed bump over 7 mph in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk or my ABS might kick on and cause the car to lurch and this, my friends is perfectly acceptable, in case you were wondering. Excellent service all the way around, though once again I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told to arrive early to do the paperwork. Arriving early there was no record I had asked for a loaner. This is my first Dodge Ram of four previous that I have had dealership exclusive maintenance. I have been pleased with the response and work provided.
