Understanding that businesses are a bit behind, they had my vehicle a little too long for my liking. That being said, they did a great job on my repairs and addressing my concerns. Took my Jeep in for the stop/start fault code for idle shutoff to be fixed. Not fixed, still won't shutoff at idle even after them the holding vehicle for 3 days. Rear defroster wire came off and had th shutoff to be fixed. Not fixed, still won't shutoff at idle even after them the holding vehicle for 3 days. Rear defroster wire came off and had them reweld-secure that piece, it came off again. Not coming back to this dealership. More

There is a lack of continuity both with the dealership and with care of my vehicle. I bought a Jeep Commander in 2009 and it was excellent for 6.5 years and then the computer system went out. It has bee and with care of my vehicle. I bought a Jeep Commander in 2009 and it was excellent for 6.5 years and then the computer system went out. It has been faulty since then. The mechanics can't seem to fix it and they keep the vehicle for an inordinate amount of time when I bring it in. And although there were loaner vehicles available when we first started bringing it in the last few years they don't. I live 30 miles from the dealer. The last time I brought it in (last week) they refused to work on the vehicle which has an electrical drain of some kind so that my new battery is run down overnight. They decided that the vehicle 'inside' was unsafe. I can start the motor with the help of a boost from my 2009 Ford 150 and it may start after one day but no longer. Thus I can't use the vehicle, or trust it to function for a trip of any duration. I have a 'lifetime' warranty on everything, including the electrical system. I don't know what to do. More
