I was stuck in Newburgh, needed to go home. My van was missing horribly. Even though they were Very busy they took the van in and slipped it into the line up. It was done the NEXT day! I have had much better experience than I did on my last service visit on 4/23/21. I scheduled an oil change and purchased a new key fob to be program at the same time. At the time I made the appointment service visit on 4/23/21. I scheduled an oil change and purchased a new key fob to be program at the same time. At the time I made the appointment on-line, I indicated that I would be waiting for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told it would probably be at least 2 hours for the oil change and another 1/2-1 hour to program the key fob. The oil change ended up around 1 3/4 hours but they weren't able to program the key fob because the computer system was down. But I was told that I could call back Tuesday or Wednesday and if the computer system was back up, then I could just pop in to have the fob programed. When we called on Tuesday to see if we could run over and have the fob programmed, we were told that we needed to make another appt for this-that we couldn't just drop in. So we scheduled the appt and made yet another trip to Newberg (we're about 45 minutes away). That visit went smoothly. At the end of the oil change visit, I requested a copy of the vehicle inspection sheet and was told that nothing was available. So I requested that a copy be emailed to me. That never happened. When I came back to have the key fob programmed, I requested another copy of the inspection sheet and was told when I picked up the car, that no one could find the original inspection sheet so they did another complimentary inspection for me and provided me a copy of that inspection sheet. In the past we have always had exceptional service with both of our vehicles so I'm not sure what happened this last time. More
I have a 2018 ram 2500. I’ve had ignition issues since the summer of 2020. The issue occurs at least once a day when the temperatures are warm. After six weeks of combined time the dealership has had my t the summer of 2020. The issue occurs at least once a day when the temperatures are warm. After six weeks of combined time the dealership has had my truck they haven’t been able to re-create the issue, which tells me they’re not really trying and or they’re not reading the notes that I leave. Last time I was in they said it looked like my fuel filters needed to be changed even though I had them changed 500 miles prior to that visit, they are happy to take your money for the endless money pit of services these trucks require but nothing more. Unfortunately I’ll be taking my truck to a diesel shop and paying out-of-pocket for the remainder of its “warranty.” More
