Dropped my vehicle off, because the air conditioner wasn't putting out cool air. I picked it up two days later, and the air conditioner was working great. Newberg Dodge Service Advisor Jay Crowell wasn't putting out cool air. I picked it up two days later, and the air conditioner was working great. Newberg Dodge Service Advisor Jay Crowell was great. He listened and answered all my questions with professionalism and respect. The other person I interacted with was at the parts counter. He too was courteous and knowledgeable. I'd been a 19 year client of Jim Doran Dodge, in McMinnville. Over the years, their AUTO GROUP out grew the personal and service touches they had 19 years ago, when they were a smaller organization. Now that diesel is over $4 a gallon, it costs me so much more in fuel, to go the 22 miles one way, to McMinnville, to service my truck. I like the fact that Newberg Dodge is just 3 miles from my home in Dundee. I'm staying with Newberg Dodge, from now on. More

Did not communicate the status of my truck repair and it sat for 6 weeks. I contacted the service department three times during that period of time to get the same stock answer of "I will e-mail the service sat for 6 weeks. I contacted the service department three times during that period of time to get the same stock answer of "I will e-mail the service tech and he will get back to you". No one reached out to me. I did however get contacted about other people's vehicle services being completed and ready for pick up. Plain and simple the service team lacked communication and had no sense of urgency to rectify the issue. My suggestion to fix this issue in the future is to not rely on "e-mailing the service tech". That method is passive, dismissive, and unprofessional to the customer. More
