Had an 8:15 appointment and sat there until well after 11:00. They didn’t have my filter in stock and had to go find one. Bought my truck at Newberg dodge , and was very happy with the transaction, now that I have had my maintenance started , I was happy to see that they took the time to look at my contract making sure that with the transaction, now that I have had my maintenance started , I was happy to see that they took the time to look at my contract making sure that my oil change was free and all manufacture updates were installed , I was very happy with my service experience and will be a returning customer for sure! The worst customer service ever! I took my truck for an oil change and alignment. The dipstick was left sticking out 3-4 inches, the steering wheel was messed up, and they didn’t fix I took my truck for an oil change and alignment. The team fixed all issues presented and found a potential issues for the future. The manager was able to get the manifold work warranties, which was a massive help.
