I don't recommend this dealership for any service needs. Our first experience with them was very bad, they had our jeep for over a week sitting waiting to be looked at to see what the issue was. We thought Our first experience with them was very bad, they had our jeep for over a week sitting waiting to be looked at to see what the issue was. We thought now under new ownership that things would be different. NOPE!! They had our new jeep for 2 days. After many phone calls they told us we needed a whole new lift kit $3776. We wanted a second opinion so we took it to les schwab and after 15 minutes they fixed the issue for $60. I called to speak to the supervisor at Newberg Jeep to complain and was told that they were busy and would call me back. No one ever called me back. Super frustrating!! We will never give this dealership another chance More
Brought my truck in for recall work and even though I notified them via the web check-in process they did not have the parts to fix the two most important recalls. notified them via the web check-in process they did not have the parts to fix the two most important recalls. More

Told the gal calling that my repair had been completed a few days prior. “Oh sorry called by mistake” following day I noticed my car was still leaking oil. Made another appointment left the car again for 3 days. I was told it was not covered by my warranty but they had a spare part and were fixing it as a courtesy since they missed it the 1 time in. I have had my car back for less than 24 hours and guess what? Oil leak still happening!!!! I will.be taking my car to my preferred mechanic and paying out of pocket to get it fixed correctly as I’m over leaving it with you guys only to have it returned unfixed. Also each time I drop it off I’m given a large list of needed repairs only to find out none of it is needed! How about we fix what is wrong!!! More
I called Newberg Ram after having difficulty with getting help with my recall locally, They were amazing. Got the part ordered that day. It took about 6 weeks but once the part was in, they got me in the help with my recall locally, They were amazing. Got the part ordered that day. This place has gone downhill. I was a customer several years ago and based off that experience, went back. Well, that was a horrible idea. All the reviews being left about service I was a customer several years ago and based off that experience, went back. Well, that was a horrible idea. All the reviews being left about service not answering the phone and also a general voicemail box with no name attached to it and no call backs is 100% true. When we went to pick up my Jeep, the employee we had been working with couldnt be bothered to come outside and talk to us so they sent whoever the other service advisor was. A very vague rundown of what was done (or not done in this case) and a "oh, our mechanic has left for the day (1pm?) so we cant ask about any of the work done but Im sure it is OK" is not the way to treat people. Based off the multiple unreturned calls, the poor service experience, not listening to a customer with valid concerns (hello gaslighting), and nothing but a software update being done (which did NOT fix the issue), we will not be going back. Ever. How sad that you all treat people like this. Any dealer can do a software update and charge $$$ for poorly done diagnostic testing. I would rather go to a place that, at the minimum, answers their phone (weird I know), but also listens to a customer's concerns. We just loved how they asked for feedback at the end and then never even responded to our very valid complaint. What was the point? I dont normally leave reviews but this was important to us as a family to make it clear the 4 days they kept my Jeep and never called to tell us it was "ready" (nothing done except SW update) is the icing on the cake and Lansphere should know.
