Communication is extremely bad. Not impressed with the overall service. It appears they do not sell Chrysler Pacifica’s at this location. This is where we purchased our vehicle new in June 2020. We did NOT receive a phone call when the car was ready for pick up. I had confirmed the phone number with Louie when I dropped off the car. They did NOT call the phone number that was confirmed. They texted our landline number!!!. We reached out the middle of the second day the car was at the dealership and did NOT receive a return phone call. On the third morning, we called again and were able to speak with the service department. Only to find the car had been done by end of first day. We only have one vehicle and relied on a neighbor to provide us with transportation. We ended up being without transportation for basically three days, The bottom line is — they told us they could find nothing wrong with any of the three or four items we ask them to check out. We will no longer patronize this dealership’s service department.. More
