Oil change less than 2 months after purchasing car from you noted putting in the front rotor. I was specifically told there were “loaner” vehicles available only to find out they cost $40-80 per day. That is not a loaner, that is a rental. Service manager said that four lug nuts were damaged from the people that put my new tires on but if that was true they would have damaged the threads on the bolts of which were not damaged. All I had to do the people that put my new tires on but if that was true they would have damaged the threads on the bolts of which were not damaged. All I had to do was run a tap through the nuts and had no trouble putting them back on. Sorry to say you have lost a customer. More
