Shout out to Newberg Ford auto body shop! Dave and Wayne and their crew are the ones to go see if you need any work done on your vehicle! A little while back someone failed to yield at a traffic signal an and their crew are the ones to go see if you need any work done on your vehicle! A little while back someone failed to yield at a traffic signal and hit me. The damage wasn’t horrible, but enough to definitely need fixing. This is the 2nd time that my car has been to see them for body work 3rd time overall. I’ve been happy with the results every time! Easy going laidback guys that’ll take care of you and your car to the best of their ability! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ overall experience! These guys are AWESOME! More

Great Service Rear air suspension collapsed. They looked at the car quickly and advised as to the cost of repairs on the same day. Took a day to get replacement par Rear air suspension collapsed. Worst Customer Service Ever!! Worst Service Department Ever!! I have been taking my car here for about two years. The service Manager Mike Jones is the Worst person ever! I take m Worst Service Department Ever!! I have been taking my car here for about two years. The service Manager Mike Jones is the Worst person ever! I take my car in for Repairs and their Head Mechanic Jim keeps screwing things up on my car and then they say its not their fault. I filed a complaint against them and then they cough up a settlement. So I give them another chance and they do the same thing again and again. They never admit fault or say they are sorry. They don't care about Customer Service they are rude or totally ignore me when I come in. I only go there because they are in the Town I live in. But I will never go there again. Their Mechanics are incompetent and their Service Manage only sticks up for their Impcompetence and is scared to say anything to discipline them. I am surprised this operation stays in business. They have cost me thousands in repairs after they supposedly have done the work. BEAWARE and STAY AWAY!! More
