when I tell you I’m pissed I do not recommend anyone getting a car from New way motors on 8 mile. I got a car from them less than 5 months ago! 2011 Chevy equinox AL G & Marlon both knew that car was bo getting a car from New way motors on 8 mile. I got a car from them less than 5 months ago! 2011 Chevy equinox AL G & Marlon both knew that car was bold. And so do the managers. Bossom & Nema know that’s exactly why they haven’t contact me back and said anything. I’ve been contact both of them and the store location and not getting any answers. Poor customer service just as I got the service when purchasing the vehicle should get the same energy when I’m contacting you about the vehicle I got from you guys I’m not looking for no money back but a loaner car so I can keep getting back and from work. I have other things to take care of just like everybody else. But how do you expect me to keep paying on a car note and I can’t get any answers to get my car fixed like it’s so bad and frustrating I’m willing to put or give more money down to get into another vehicle because not even 30 days after purchasing the vehicle it was in the shop at Progressive auto on 9 mile getting fixed it’s been in there longer than me actually driving the vehicle! They didn’t want it to be a issue for them they just wanted a quick sale and that’s all. Horrible place selling used cars they buy at auctions and that’s about it. There are plenty of nicer places to buy cars that actually care about what they sell people. More

About 2 weeks later I went to the same dealership, walked around and no one helped me. So I asked someone who was standing around if they knew where I could find a salesperson. He said that he was one. I asked him why, after coming here twice and looking around for up to 10 minutes, did no one seem to want to help? He said “that’s really strange, I don’t know why.... it’s not like your brown or anything” The salesmans name was Chuck Norris. I immediately left, drove 2 minutes to another dealership and bought the car from them. never go here! More
