We brought our 2016 jeep wrangler in for service. It was overheating when driving over 45 miles an hour. The mechanic said there were codes in the computer and tried to sell us a $1700 fuse panel. I did not agree with them brought it home Put a thermostat in it and it fix the problem I called them the next day and they denied that they did anything wrong and told me that they were going to replace the fuse panel because it would eventually go bad. I had contact via phone with the service concierge. She was very polite and understanding but upper management did not agree and thought they did nothing wrong. I do not recommend taking vehicles to the dealership I feel violated like they tried to rob me just not a good way to do business. If I could give zero stars I would. More

Stay on your toes with the service department… Brought my jeep grand Cherokee in for an oil change and to replace a water pump that was under warranty… I get a phone call that my headlight is out… Told me I jeep grand Cherokee in for an oil change and to replace a water pump that was under warranty… I get a phone call that my headlight is out… Told me I needed a new lightbulb… Attempted to charge me $99 for the bulb and 150 to install it. I told them not to… Went directly to AutoZone and Kurt, the manager sold me the light bulb for $11 and came out and installed it for me at no charge. I kindly tipped him $20 so for a total investment of $31 ... I got the job done and the jeep dealer was going to charge me $250. More
