I had great service from Tim! Even though he was new to the business he went above and beyond to make the experience go smooth. When I left with the truck the first time the vehicle had a two fuel leaks. I the business he went above and beyond to make the experience go smooth. When I left with the truck the first time the vehicle had a two fuel leaks. I had to turn around and bring the truck back and then didn't get it back for two days. I had to go back and pick up the truck on my lunch. Over an hour one way from my work. The gas tank wasn't topped off. The passenger window wouldn't roll down and the wiper blades were falling apart. I called back and asked what their procedures were for selling used vehicles and the said all they did was safety inspections like wiper blades, tires, brakes, and fluids. I explained my situation and all they wanted to do was reimburse me for a set of wiper blades. If they had the correct "safety inspections" in place they would have noticed the fuel leak and the wiper blades falling apart before the truck even made it on the lot. I feel like for all of the inconvenience that me and my family went through they should have fixed the window and at least sent me on the road with a full tank of gas. More
