I was treated very personally by Tom in Service, he explained the dealership and their customer relationships and servicing capabilities and listened and commented on all my servicing needs. Since this was my first visit he showed me the service area, their equipment and then introduced me to some of the sales staff, specifically Charlie and Nick, who are total professionals. I had a very long and personal relationship with my prior JEEP dealership, both service and sales, and feel right at home here at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Great Transaction and Great Customer Service! My Husband and I had been in a few times to look at the jeeps to figure out what we wanted when the time was right. This particular day we had seen a few used ones online that we wanted to check out. When we arrived we were greeted by Marcus and found out that the one we had seen online was actually at a partner deanship so, I was a little disappointed. He then asked if I would be interested in changing some of the options that I was set on to get into one of the current used jeeps on the property. (I really wanted the color matching hard top & Navigation). I said no, that I would be happy to wait for wanted I wanted since I was not in any rush to buy. At this time Tom in finance came over to talk to us about a brand new 2015 Sahara unlimited that basically had everything I wanted in it. He worked some numbers out for us and made it to where it was affordable and gave us a great deal as it was a fully loaded 2015 model that they were trying to move. My husband asked if I could test drive it and that was it, I was in love! Overall very smooth transaction, Bottom line pricing and great customer service with Marcus, Tom, and Chase. Great Experience! My husband and I came to the dealership to just look at 4-door Jeep Wranglers. When we arrived at the dealership we walked over to the used Jeeps and My husband and I came to the dealership to just look at 4-door Jeep Wranglers. When we arrived at the dealership we walked over to the used Jeeps and started looking at the few they had on the lot. After about 10 minutes Marcus Breihan walked over (I was glad that it took about 10 minutes as it didn't feel like we were being attacked). Marcus was very polite, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure us into buying. I test drove one of the Jeeps, and once I told Marcus I was interested he got the process going. I thank Marcus and Tom (finance manager) for getting us into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. More
