Marcus and Tom were my sales associates and did an outstanding job helping me and wife find the vehicles that accommodated everything we were looking for in a new vehicle. Nick, in finance, was a pleasure to work with and locked in our deals at a fantastic price. I will definitely be a returning customer. No one will help after purchase of vehicle I was actually initially very impressed with this dealership. I walked in and was greeted right away and shown some cars in my price range. I was treated nicely until I bought the car and had problems with it TWO DAYS LATER! I called to tell them of the problems with my car, which were nothing major but should have been fixed by the dealership before it was sold--such as it being out of alignment. I called to talk to them about it and Chuck, my sales rep, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me that he would have the service manager call me but couldn't promise me they'd fix anything. I never got the call from the manager. Soon after that call, I received an email from John Farrell thanking me for my business and to let him know if I needed anything. I have written to him twice now with no response. I'm not asking for much from them but they can't even acknowledge a customer that just spent $30,000 at their dealership. I am beyond angry at this point and would not recommend them to anyone. Any other dealership I've ever dealt with would fix these issues with no question. They would also provide the second key to the car that they promised me but is now deemed missing. If you choose to buy here, make sure you don't need anything else after you purchase the vehicle because they won't follow through with it. I brought my car into a different mechanic and he aligned the car for me and looked it over. Everything else seems ok, but to purchase a vehicle and have to pay for an alignment less than a week later is ridiculous. If you put a request in for information or inquire about a car, you'll get calls, texts, and emails immediately. But, you need help with a vehicle you purchased? No way, they drop off the face of the earth and won't respond. More

Our daughter had a 2015 Cherokee which was totaled due to another drivers negligence and we needed a replacement fast. They had what we wanted at a great price. Anyone who has had to sit through the finance portion of the sale knows how hard they try to sell add ons it was a pleasant surprise while they did offer them it only took one no to end the sales pitch this was refreshing. This was not my regular dealer but the overall experience has made me rethink where my next purchase will be made. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! I found the used car I had been looking for on New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge website. I showed interest and was contacted by Marcus Breihan via email I found the used car I had been looking for on New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge website. I showed interest and was contacted by Marcus Breihan via email. We corresponded several times and scheduled a time that I would visit. Upon arrival my car of interest was there waiting for me to test drive. I met Marcus who explained all of the functions of all the bells/whistles (many of them) to my wife and me. Marcus was as professional as they come, never being pushy therefore making the experience a great one!!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and if you want a nice easygoing experience please ask for Marcus Breihan to help you. You will not be disappointed. More
Unethical And Deceptive Business Practices. Unethical And Immoral Business Practices. I was intentionally and deliberately deceived by New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge, located in New Smyrna Beac Unethical And Immoral Business Practices. I was intentionally and deliberately deceived by New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge, located in New Smyrna Beach Florida. I had a verbal and written contract for the order and purchase of a new black, 2016 Dodge Challenger RT for the 'out the door' price of $18,750 cash, with my trade. I had an appointment with the salesman on 4/24/2016 to come to the dealership to sign a commitment order and to put a deposit down on said vehicle. Upon doing so even though I had a prior written and verbal contract for $18,750 cash out the door with my trade, the dealership demanded I pay an additional $500 for what they claimed was an expired rebate which they said they only found out about that very minute. I had spoken to the salesmen only hours prior to my arrival that I was coming as I said I would, nothing was said about any changes to the agreed upon out the door price. I informed the dealership that we had a deal verbally and in writing DAYS prior to me coming there for the agreed upon sum of $18,750 cash out the door, with my trade. I told them what they were doing was unethical and deceptive business practices but they could have cared less and told me to take it or leave it, upon voicing my disgust at the fraudulent and dishonest con they were running on me, two managers proceeded to threatened me with physical violence and also to have me arrested if I didn't leave the dealership, which I did. I was guaranteed by the salesman Patrick Currier and a second Salesman Marcus Breihan that the agreed upon out the door price with my trade was a deal written in stone and that they would NOT in any way waste my time or try to trick me in changing it when I got there, but that is exactly what they did do in changing the final out the door price at the last second. I drove two hours round trip in gas, the time the effort I put in, not to mention the aggravation and anguish they caused me. More
