The first person I spoke to Mr. Dennon Slayton, I gave him a list of specifications that I was looking for in a truck, Mr. Slayton let me know he was new to the dealership but between his manager Mr. Chase Firestone and himself he was sure that they could find what I wanted, and they did. When we found nothing on the lot that matched what I wanted the WE CAN attitude came out in them, Mr. Firestone got busy calling other dealers, Mr. Slayton stayed busy assisting and answering my numerous questions . To make a long story short let me say that Mr. Chase Firestone and Mr. Dennon Slayton made the hassle of purchasing a vehicle a pleasant one. They were able to find me the truck I wanted with all the specifications I requested . True story I was working with a salesman that I had worked with before at another dealeship on buying a new Jeep. Mike Brocos knew we had just sold our house and I was working with a salesman that I had worked with before at another dealeship on buying a new Jeep. Mike Brocos knew we had just sold our house and were closing in two weeks and we would be buying a Jeep then. Mike has been working hard at getting me the most for my trade and the down payment needed to hit the payment I wanted. My wife and I went in this morning to see if we could hit the trade-in price I wanted. We were greeted by a bubble gum chewing person who said no Mike Brocos worked there and that I most likely had the wrong dealership but HE would help us. After a few minutes of insisting I knew where I was he took me to a lady to prove me wrong.SURPRISE!! I knew where I was AND who my salesman was!! Long story short...this so-called salesman told me to come back the day I wanted to buy it, so..I said I'ld find another dealer that wanted my business and left. We got to the car when he caught up to us and decided he could get my question answered To late!! Having bought many cars in the last 40 years, I have never felt so un-welcome at any dealer, any where, EVER!! If this is the kind of people they hire to represent their business....well...they don't need mine!! More
