There were features also worth nothing to me and wanted a solution to get the feature I needed. Called sale rep, to busy, called a sale manager and he had no interest in hearing what I had to say. All I was requesting is a solution for the vehicle I purchased that had already given me issues owning it only 2 days. It's a shame. Since they have relocated and are selling in volumes they don't service their repeated customers as they use to. The sales rep knows less of what he is selling than the purchaser relying on him to help make the right purchase. It's just all about how much he sold that month, nothing else is important to him, THEM!!!! It's all about the sales. Bunch of jerks and they should be a shamed of themselves. Heartless and greedy. I would not recommend this dealership any more. It's sad, I am stuck with a vehicle that was advised would meet my needs and it doesn't. They are fake!!! More
