Bought a used car that broke down in two weeks I bought a used Volvo with 70,000 miles on it and being a Volvo lover I was very happy with my purchase. Until it wouldn't start not even two weeks later. I called them and they told me to get it over to there service department and they will see if they could help me out. I chose not to get extended warranty for the vehicle because I know that Volvos are reliable cars and if it had problems I can work on the car myself. 2 weeks of having the car warranted them to make it right so I paid to get it towed to them. I received a call from the service department saying that they were going to fix the car no cost to me, all they were waiting for was the part. I was happy and waited 2 weeks for the part to arrive. So they could tell me that what they thought was the problem wasn't the problem and the true problem would be 1100 to fix and they would only pay half of that cost. So I'm pretty upset at this point so I go to the dealer and talk to them face to face. What they told me is that they ordered the wrong part and the part that I needed was in fact 600 usd with labor making it a grand total of 1100. And they did not have the [money] to fix it. They said that I should have gotten a extended warranty. I am so frustrated at this situation, first of all I believe the extended warranty was more than the 500 that I am going to pay for the service, and this is why I chose a dealership to avoid buying a lemon. I payed extra fees because dealers should be safer to buy from. Don't buy from these people, this is a shady dealership. I believe they knew this car had problems and sold it to to me, despite me having my daughters, both under the age of 3,with me when I bought the vehicle. More

WORST SERVICE DEPT HANDS DOWN Brought our 2017 Jeep Wrangler (16,000 miles on it - still under warranty) in for and engine tick on 11/26. Got a call that it was ready for pick up o Brought our 2017 Jeep Wrangler (16,000 miles on it - still under warranty) in for and engine tick on 11/26. Got a call that it was ready for pick up on 11/27, said they found collapsed lifter and replaced the lifters on the right side. - by the time we got it home the tick was back along with a new noise which was the fan sounding like a jet engine. Brought it back that day, Bruce Holcomb took told us the tick is a "normal noise" and there is air that needs to work it's way thru so the fan will quiet down. 11/27 evening while driving we now hear a THIRD noise! Sloshing behind the passenger dash when we accelerate. Brought it back 11/28 told Bruce Holcomb we originally brought it in for one noise and now it has three and they can keep it until they fix everything. When we get home we find blue liquid down the driveway. Now a FOURTH problem (three of these four problems were caused by their own people)! The windshield wiper fluid is leaking. My husband called Bruce Holcomb and told him and he told us it was probably windshield wiper fluid. 12/5 my husband calls for an update since they'd had it a week and we'd heard nothing. Bruce Holcomb says they did nothing other than bleed the coolant because their wasn't a loud enough engine noise and blamed us for wiper fluid leak saying we are either overusing or overfilling the wiper fluid because they couldn't find a leak. He was so rude when we picked up the Jeep. And what do you know, we woke up this morning 12/6 to a Jeep leaking wiper fluid down the driveway! Absolutely the worst experience hands down. We have purchased four vehicles from this dealer but we will never purchase another one from them again. How dare you be rude to use Bruce Holcomb when we brought our warrantied vehicle to you with ONE noise and got it back with THREE noises and fluid leak More
