Just went in to get ideas. My Wife and I live in Wyoming and spend winters in NSB. We own 2 Jeeps and thought about selling them and getting a Rubicon. We met Patrick Hanson and My Wife and I live in Wyoming and spend winters in NSB. We own 2 Jeeps and thought about selling them and getting a Rubicon. We met Patrick Hanson and he listened to what we were there for and took us through all available options. He came up with our dream unit and said he had a used 2018 unit we should look at. Long story short we drove it off the lot. I am very impressed with this Dealership and everyone who we came in contact with during the process, Patrick is extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep product line, I have been around them my entire life from a 47 Jeepster my Dad had to this 2018 Rubicon and Patrick showed me a few things. The worst ever! Service Horrible! Never with boat, RV Bus, Trailer, Shopping, restaurant, have I had the terrible experience there! Don’t go there!!!!!! Bought car there, have serviced everything there for 13 years. Ready to buy new, but absolutely not from there! Went to have one tire fixed and 1:30 appt. 10-15 min wait to get written up, told now 1 1/2 vs appt said and hour. 2 hrs and 10 mins later told they don’t have tire in stock. Put tire back on to come back tomorrow! Safety huge issue . Then was told after many other issues like waiting longer for shuttle, will call you the moment done...etc. that she left for the day with no call. DO NOT GO THERE! Buying new Chrysler from Ormond Auto Mall! Now they keep changing my poor star to excellent. Horrible! More

Although i asked, it was never discussed futher, other than the price i offered for the vehicle. When vehicle was picked up, there was no explanation all vehicle accesories or set up of android auto although salesperson was aware this was my first pick up truck. iv'e since just decided on learning it all on my own. Chase insisted i let him re-apply for financing with spacecoast although i advised him i had a pre=approval from them already, i gather he profitted from that also with no benefit for me the purchaser. Overall i got the truck i wanted at a fair price, but the processed could have been better. More

Top Notch - Professional Expierence We were already driving a Jeep Cherokee and stopped at the dealer just to look around. We were greeted by Dennon Slayton a friendly, polite young man. We were already driving a Jeep Cherokee and stopped at the dealer just to look around. We were greeted by Dennon Slayton a friendly, polite young man. After a brief conversation we walk out to look at some vehicles. Once my wife and I decided we wanted to look inside a couple of the cars, Dennon ran back inside and ran back to us with the keys. I have never seen or heard of this hustle before and we appreciated it. Dennon helped the whole process move painlessly with the help of Chase and Nick. Dennon also took extra time showing us the "how to" of some of the vehicles special features, such as the automatic drivers seat setting-the syncing of our phones to the Bluetooth-the Sirius radio service. Again much appriciated. More
