I overall had a good experience at the Jeep dealership. Our salesman, Mike Bracos, was very professional and courteous. The dealership itself was very clean and so were the restrooms. I dealt with Tom Fry in sales, Chase in the business office, and Tom in Finance. All three were low pressure, down to earth, and straight shooters. They treated me with respect, gave me options and gave me time to think it through without pressuring me, and they really know they're stuff. Highly recommended! More

Sold a severely damaged truck. During the purchase process, I was told by the salesman that this truck did not have any damage or accidents and a car fax was not provided. I went ho During the purchase process, I was told by the salesman that this truck did not have any damage or accidents and a car fax was not provided. I went home after the purchase and we've been staying in because of the coronavirus. While still staying in for the most part, I went out on or about 4/17/20 and noticed a blemish on the grill of the truck. Upon further inspection there was clear that there was significant damage to the front end of the truck. I took the truck to a local dealer, Bob Steele Chevrolet and they gave me an estimate of $1,629,29,. I went back to Bob Steele and they pointed out more damage and that was at the amount of $2,374.98. So, the total I owe right now is $4,319.89. When I found out about the damage, I called New Smyrna and they said the car fax was available and I should have gone onto their website and found the information. Regardless, Fred told me the only thing they could do is present the truck as a trade in, which would not happen because I don't trust anyone there. The salesman told my girlfriend and I that he had the car fax and there was no damage and had no accidents. That was not true. My vehicle sits now at Bob Steele, waiting for my complaints to work through the systems. It wasn't until I obtained a copy of the car fax from Bob Steele Chevrolet that I found the truth about the truck. The car fax clearly states, "Accident reported on 12/30/19". The damage report says "Vehicle involved in a rear-end collision" "Involving front impact with another motor vehicle." "Damage to front" and "Functional damage reported" and "Airbags did not deploy." The car fax was confirmation that the truck was damaged and they knew about it but did not inform me before purchasing. If I would have known about the damage, I would never have paid close to $30,000 to turn around and pay out another approximately $5,000. I relied too much on what I thought was good sales service at the time but since then, there is nothing and it took several calls to get someone to return my call. They must think I damaged the truck and I'm trying to swindle them to pay for the damages. Nothing could be further from the truth. We were lied to when he said no accident or damage and then they tried to cover it up by saying I've had the truck too long to bring a claim now... I didn't find the initial damage until approximately 4/17/20.. Clearly, the dealership knew about the damage and is trying to push it off on me.. I am pursuing complaints against New Smyrna with several state, local and federal agencies. More
