Purchased a new Jeep on 10/8. The dealership did not have the color I wanted and was able to find one and do a dealer trade wtih Parks Space Coast in Titsuville. The negotiations were based on the car have the color I wanted and was able to find one and do a dealer trade wtih Parks Space Coast in Titsuville. The negotiations were based on the car being the same as the one I had test driven. I took them at their word and just found the dealer tag from Parks Space Coast in the glove box which is $5,000 LOWER! Shame on me for not being more diligent and shame on New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for being liars and cheats. More
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. They have lied to me each time I brought my truck in under warranty, and after getting a set of tires that wore prematurely, they continue to lie saying it was poor maintenanc time I brought my truck in under warranty, and after getting a set of tires that wore prematurely, they continue to lie saying it was poor maintenance. They ran an alignment test and said the front was way off, but I had an independant company run the same test and showed the front was perfect. These people lie continually and I will never bring any business here again. Definition of STEALERSHIP right here. More

Bought car in April, Sales was good. I had a "We Owe" for 3 items, They scheduled me a 8AM Appointment...Car sat for 2 days no communication from Service dept. I started calling on the 3rd day the said they 3 items, They scheduled me a 8AM Appointment...Car sat for 2 days no communication from Service dept. I started calling on the 3rd day the said they fixed 1 of 3 items. Got the car Back the said next week they will finish. Again no communication from service dept. 2 weeks later had another 8am scheduled appointment. Car sat for 2 days , I started calling, contacted my sales rep, No response. 3rd day they called me back and offered a loaner. 1 week went bye..nothing I called and asked ..no call back. I called on day 8 and asked for the Service Mgr. Name. Day 9 I called and asked for the Service Mgr. they gave me his Voice mail. Left msg, Then the Service Dept. called me back car was ready. Ready after 9 days and a scheduled 8am appointment. LOST MY BUISNESS AND REFFERAL. More

Just tried to charge me 168 dollars to turn my headlight adjustment screw.... Unreal. Thought this would be my 2020 Jeep Gladiator service and dealership... Never ever going back.
