Bought a new 2025 Ram 1500 and wanted to add a spray in bed liner. I asked for a loaner vehicle for when the bed liner would be installed so that I would not have to take off from work. Sales person said t bed liner. I asked for a loaner vehicle for when the bed liner would be installed so that I would not have to take off from work. Sales person said they don't do loaner vehicles. But, I could rent one for $35 a day. This is ridiculous. Even Hyundai and Kia offer loaner vehicles. I do not recommend this dealership. Though the finance guy is very nice. More

Brought my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 truck (that I bought at this dealership) in for two recall items and the 7500 mile check. Which included tire rotation and balance. They quoted me a price of $191.00 for everything (except recall items … that’s no charge). I waited two days for them to call me to tell me my truck was ready and to come pick it up. They never called me, so I finally called them and they said…. “Oh, Yeah, Your Truck is Ready” nice of them to call me to let me know. I go I. To pick up my truck and the price is now $200 and they didn’t do the roadforce balance. This dealership is the worst for maintenance - Do NOT bring your vehicle there. They will rip you off and do the old “Bait -n-Switch on you. More

Excellent experience with Chase and David! My wife and I have been looking at purchasing a new SUV with three rows for our travel and when our grandchildren are visiting. We looked at 4 other brands and test drove just a few of them. Our friends have a two row Grand Cherokee and another a Grand Wagoneer and they spoke very highly of them. As a result we started our search into the Jeep and was pleasantly surprised that the Grand Cherokee had a limited edition with 3 rows. We connected with Chase Firestone a Manager at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and that started the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Chase along with David Meeks a sales associate provided us with a test drive on our first visit. First we drove the Limited and then the Overland and David came along with us and did a great job in communicating the features along with how Jeep up their game with the three rows and trims. We never felt pressured by Chase or David, in fact the opposite as it was a relaxing environment and communication. We were both pleasantly surprised by how much we liked them and were leaning towards the GC Limited. With that, we wanted more time to test drive and inspect it more thoroughly. Next day they set us up with a plate and ability to test drive by ourselves and we made our decision to go with the GC Limited. The next step in working on price etc. was as my wife said, "one of the most relaxed and pleasant experience we've had in buying a car".
