service manager I had trouble with the service done on my truck I wrote a review and was contacted by a person in the sales department. The sales person forward me to the service manager this person asked what the problem was and I told him. I brought my truck in to have a leaking gasket replaced that was the only thing wrong with my truck. When I got my truck back it would not go into four wheel drive. The service advisor sent me a text with 13 things she said was wrong. Some of the things on the list had already been done by the service department in December but was on the list again. Most everything else was something to do with my four wheel drive. Everytime I brought my truck in for service they did a inspection and gave me a copy of the inspection Never once was there anything about the four wheel drive having trouble The four wheel drive was working fine when I brought it in to have the leaking gasket replaced. I paid 674. dollars to have the gasket replaced and was told it would be another 2500. dollars to repair the things on the list. The service advisor told me when I question the list she text me that it must just be a coincident. I told the service manager this he said he would look into it and get right back to me that has been two days ago and still I haven't heard a word. I am looking to buy a new Colorado you can bet money it won't be from New Smyrna if this how they treat people More

I do that I felt as though it was a bother for him to help. They took the into the shop it seem to take longer than I thought it should so I ask the advisor how it was coming all I told it is still the air. Once finally done I pai the bill when I got my car I could smell oil inside there greese spots on the door. One of the worst service I have ever dealt with hopefully I will be able to go elsewhere the next time More
Unacceptable I brought my 2017 Silverado in for an oil change. Scheduled an appointment because it was preferred. I was there for 2 hours for that. Upon leaving I I brought my 2017 Silverado in for an oil change. Scheduled an appointment because it was preferred. I was there for 2 hours for that. Upon leaving I realized that my radio display was not working, I returned immediately and told them my radio was not working. They immediately started claiming "that it wasn't like that when I brought it in", "Oh these things happen all the time", "there are recalls and warranty for the radio" etc... One guy then tried to apologize and at that point I told him Apologies don't cut it and then he asked me if I just wanted to leave because of my bad attitude! Claimed they didn't do anything to my truck to make the radio mess up. TURNS OUT... the tech checking my cabin air filter " Accidentally" unplugged my interface module plug behind the dash. Obviously not treating my vehicle with care. When I got home, I noticed they had spilled oil down the front of the truck and there is grease and oil all over my glove box from removing it twice. 3 Hours for a simple "Express Oil Change". Absolutely unacceptable how they treated my truck. All I can say is if you appreciate your vehicle, don't go here. I will not return here. This is a true experience and hope others take notice to this before considering this dealer. I just moved to the area and this was going to be the place to bring BOTH of our new cars. Not anymore! I'll just do it myself or go to another chevy dealer. More

Absolute worst First of all i want to express my disappointment and frustration as well as the feeling of betrayal by this dealership. I have likely been one of the most loyal customers in the past year and have BOUGHT 3 vehicles and referred 3 other people that have bought in the last year from this dealer. I have personally spent over 150,000 with Nsb chevy in 10 months and referred 3 of my closest friends who have spent over 160,000 and bought vehicles in the same span. I have all references if needed. I brought my 2017 camaro ZL1 (a track car and the highest performance camaro that they make that retails for over 70k) to them TWO WEEKS AGO TODAY. The clutch went out and i explained what happened with it. They didn’t even pull it apart and told me it was bad and abused and not warrantied,but then also told me they didn’t have a price for a repair because they haven’t “pulled it apart yet”. I then leave my car because they were going to see what they could do because I’m a “loyal customer”. I DIDN’T RECEIVE ONE CALL from the service advisor kitty in TWO WEEKS. I had to call almost daily for updates on my own. I even called with no call backs on 4 occasions. I got the excuse that people were on vacation and no one could help me. I also was not offered a courtesy or rental car whatsoever so i have not had a car in 2 weeks and needed APPROVAL to get a shuttle home. I explained the Dyer need for my vehicle as I’m a single dad of a 15 month old daughter and i have to pick her up and want to be with her for the holidays. That didn’t matter whatsoever to anyone at this place. I guess i can take a votran to work and to see my daughter while owning one of GM’S top vehicles that sits in a showroom? So after two weeks i call and conveniently she tells me yea i just talked to him you were denied. So basically had to take two weeks out of my life to be told to xxxx off. I run a very large pest control company and have a retention rate of 98% and have been in the customer service industry for 16 years straight. It is blasphemy to tell a customer we can’t help you for two weeks, NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE COMPANY can help you because of the holidays??!! The review also said abuse and the vehicle had burnt rubber under it and new tires. Well the vehicle has 10,500 miles and the F1 Goodyear tires wear out, the fronts were even going bald, you can call discount tire and ask them to see the tires. They go bad around 10k miles. I bought this vehicle FOUR MONTHS AGO and have put 5k miles on it!! There isn’t any chance the previous owner abused it??!! Burnt rubber just magically disappears? My car is in showroom condition, but i do not detail the underside of the vehicle, do you NSB CHEVY? This is the worst i have ever been treated and i will never in my life return to this place or GM. 3,200 repair on this vehicle they wanted as well LOL!! 2017 ZL1!! Finally i will include the ONLY assistance i ever received from this location was not the service advisor, not management, but my sales consultant Mario Cervi. He is the only one to answer the phone, check on updates and try to help me out in ANY MANNER. This location doesn’t deserve a loyal, caring person like Mario. He is the definition of customer service. So thank you for being the only one to care. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I AM!!! Regards, Charles Harned More

There was a problem with The Check Engine light coming on. Jerry found the problem immediately but discovered an issue that required a part replacement. He arranged a car rental and had our car ready the next day at the time he had indicated the job would be completed. Jerry is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens and provides a comfortable atmosphere to ask questions. His confidence and ability to interact with his customers is a wonderful asset. SALES DEPT/STAFF AWESOME, SERVICE DEPT NOT SO GOOD Just bought our second vehicle from this dealership. We came back because of the great sales staff and their willingness to work with us no matter ho Just bought our second vehicle from this dealership. We came back because of the great sales staff and their willingness to work with us no matter how late we were there! However, the dealer's service after your purchase is not so great. We thought that our first encounter with the service department on our first purchase was just a fluke but the same type of experience happened with our second purchase as well. The clerical staff checking you in and out are more interested in socializing than helping you. Our last visit we asked for a copy of the service records for the vehicle since it had only been serviced at this dealership; however, all we got was a song and dance from the service writer as to how she couldn't print it out that it took a special person to do that, then it needed a signature first, and so on and so. We couldn't even get a copy of the service record for the service that we were there for that day but told she would call us the next business day (well that didn't happen). When we called the dealership and asked to speak to the service manager a week later we were drilled as to why we wanted to speak to them. Once we got to speak to the service manager and explained what we encountered with the service writer we finally got a phone call from the same service writer asking exactly what did we want! She said she would fax the copies however once again it has been two weeks later and we still don't have the copies- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The service department needs a major overhaul. More
