I could not be more pleased with my experience at New Smyrna Chevrolet. Jan was so helpful while not being overbearing...she was there to assist but not intrude. She never pretended to know all the answers to every question, but if she didn't know the answer, she obtained the information quickly. The Sales Manager was also very helpful in this process. I live in Indiana and have to make arrangements to get this vehicle home following our vacation...my point is that I did not have to purchase this vehicle here...I could have bought it in Indiana. These folks made the experience so comfortable that I will seek them out the next time I am looking for a Chevrolet. More

She kept in touch with us regularly to see where we were at in the buying process and informed us of new vehicles that would come in to the dealership. The dealership worked hard to get us the truck that we purchased and agrees upon. It was a long process that turned out great and we drove away happy. Jan has even been thoughful enough to call us since leaving just to make sure that we are truely happy and taht all is going fine with our purchase. More

I found a car that I was interested in on their Internet site 3 wks ago. Skip called me to let me know that they had sold that car but would look for another with my specs. Skip called my Saturday night to let me know that they had just taken a Pontiac in on trade and that I may be interested. He described the car in detail, we reviewed the mileage and cost. I told Skip that I would be down on Monday - 5/31. We drove 2 hrs to the dealership to inspect/review the vehicle. It was exactly as described, the salesman was upfront and honest. They allowed my to feel special about buying this car and overall it was a very enjoyable deal. Linda in the finance department was very polite and helpful concerning the financing. I will definately tell my friends and neighbors to come to this dealership for their next purchase. More

When it was finalized my wife and I had second thoughts about the particular model because of its size. Thanks to Charlies help we were able to take delivery on another car with no hassle. More
