Charlie went above and beyond trying to arrange for a model of a car for me to test drive that wasn't in the inventory on the lot of the time of my initial phone call. Jan was so helpful while not being overbearing...she was there to assist but not intrude. She never pretended to know all the answers to every question, but if she didn't know the answer, she obtained the information quickly. The Sales Manager was also very helpful in this process. I live in Indiana and have to make arrangements to get this vehicle home following our vacation...my point is that I did not have to purchase this vehicle here...I could have bought it in Indiana. These folks made the experience so comfortable that I will seek them out the next time I am looking for a Chevrolet. More
