You get the feeling when you go into the service department they are always going to find additional issues with the vehicle. Their sales department evidently cannot price a vehicle without sales department they are always going to find additional issues with the vehicle. The last vehicle that I purchased was from New Smyrna Chevy. I was treated horribly throughout the entire experience. The new vehicle that I purchased had paint issues. I was told by multiple service writers that I didn't know what I was talking about and when I took my new vehicle to an auto body shop, I was told that the vehicle needed to be repainted. I contacted the dealership who sent the vehicle to a small auto body shop also in New Smyrna who did a horrible job. I will not purchase another vehicle ever again from this dealership who is more concerned with having thousands of commercials on television instead of customer satisfaction. More

My experience was I went for an oil change and blurped that I would much prefer a truck as I need the extra room. She added do you want me to let them know you will be looking ? Let me see what I can do.... searched for me a better price on car insurance as I was paying (and didnt take the time to shop) and put me in a better bracket for a monthly payment on my new/pre owned 2008 Caliber Dodge SUV!! Met a guy from back home there and the finance guy was efficent and noticed on my new Florida Drivers license they mis spelled my name :( Had the best 3hours complete. We found the vehicle we were looking for listed on the internet and sent an e-mail inquiry. The sales person responded within an hour. As this is a used vehicle we were concerned about the mileage. They assured us that the vehicle was in new vehicle condition We had to travel about 70 miles from our home to see the vehicle and it was just as he said. We were pleased by all of the personel that helped us consumate the purchase. We would even consider the purchase of another vehicle from this dealership. Overall the experience was fantastic! Ronnie,Joe were very professional, patient, and very nice.Everyone there was very friendly and made our purchase experience very smooth. More

I was not sure if I would be approved for a newer vehicle, but with the help of Tom and Jeff, I got approved!In addition to that, I was surprised 3 days before my birthday, with a 2013 decal for my c vehicle, but with the help of Tom and Jeff, I got approved!In addition to that, I was surprised 3 days before my birthday, with a 2013 decal for my car. I had know idea New Smyrna Chev.included my new decal in the price of my Toyota Camry. That decal, as corny as it may sound, put a huge smile on my face. Overall the experience was fantastic! Jeff, Dan, and Chris were very professional, patient, and very nice. Also, they had a good sense of humor which helped to ease our nerves. Other dealerships we've previously dealt with created an air of tension and didn't treat us as human beings. We were just another "sale" to them. They didn't want to get to know us personally. These three gentlemen made us feel as if we were important and took an interest in us. We felt as though they were old friends that we hadn't seen in a long time. We have been to other dealerships that guaranteed to finance us. However, there was always a catch. They said everything looked fine, and then dropped a bomb on us saying that we now needed a co-signer, more cash down, etc. The last vehicle we purchased was a Jon Hall Chevrolet in 2009. They guaranteed to get us into a car, and they did. However, they forgot to mention they had installed a GPS tracking/ignition kill switch in the car. You also guaranteed us a car and you came through! No b.s., nothing. Till this day we still cannot believe that you put us in a brand new car. I called your dealership on July 4th at 11:00am. By 6:00pm that evening our car was delivered to our home. I can go on and on, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have enough space to express all of our feelings. Thanks again to Jeff, Dan, and Chris. We love those guys! More
