It was my choice because the sales representative Kenny Tuter and Andre' Narcisse listened and appreciated my needs and concerns during the sales process. He was open and fair minded with attentiveness to the details of my request. I entered the buying process with the expectation that the target vehicle require an acquisition from another locale and would necessitate a wait of a day or several days before it was available to inspection and driving. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the model with the exact color, configuration and details was on site. As distinguished from other dealers I visited, the pricing and buying process proceeded smoothly and without undue delay. I was able to take delivery the same day. As car buying goes, the process was not perfect but it was excellent. Thus far the experience with this dealership warrants my unqualified recommendation for prospective buyers. I tip my hat to them. Poor sales management/oversight I am fortunate enough to have the credit rating and income that I trade cars every year when the rebates come out. This year I visited your dealership I am fortunate enough to have the credit rating and income that I trade cars every year when the rebates come out. This year I visited your dealership in hopes of purchasing a High Country 4x4 that you have. By the way, it has been sitting there for a long time judging from the weathered inventory decal affixed to it. I made an appointment for 9:00 am. When I arrived there, the salesperson was not there as we agreed. I made a later appointment. When I came back, the salesman was making a deal with someone else and didn't have time for me. He directed me to the person at the front counter that was supposed to place a value on my trades. By the way, my trades are extremely clean and ultra-low mileage, since I trade every year. Your representative at the counter did not provide me with any figures, although you had been in possession of my Chevy truck for over 24 hours. Then he proceeded to tell me that one of my vehicles was "too high end" for the dealership and he was trying to get another dealership in the area to buy it. Then, ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL. Is this the way you plan to sell your vehicles? If you wonder why the truck is still sitting there in your inventory, take my comments to heart.
