Great Customer Service After researching the internet for a 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ, I narrowed my search to two dealerships. I did all of my initial vehicle and price search After researching the internet for a 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ, I narrowed my search to two dealerships. I did all of my initial vehicle and price searching over the internet which saves lots of time. New Smyrna had several vehicles to choose from so I communicated with Sales Associate Kenny Tuter on and off via the internet for several days. He was always responsive to my inquiries with none of the usual high pressure sales tactics associated with many dealerships. I went to the dealership and test drove an Impala LTZ and loved it. However, I was not 100% sure what I wanted to do since my wife was considering another Make (not G.M.). Kenny was very accommodating, professional and no pressure when it came to me leaving without a vehicle. A few days later and with some further research, I contacted Kenny again and schedule a time to drive one more LTZ. He was very receptive and always communicated with me in a timely manner. After a long drive for a second test drive, I decided the first car I drove was for me. Kenny started the initial paperwork and I told him with a trade what I needed to complete the deal. I then met with Manager Roger Morgart who I was introduced to me the first day I stopped by the dealership. He worked diligently with me to come up with a fair deal that would work while always being approachable, professional and friendly. After reaching an agreement, I met with Finance Director Nick Wingle who was again approachable and not assertive as experienced in the past with other finance directors. He covered all the necessary paperwork including extended warranties, but never pushed any products using high pressure sales tactics. I would truly recommend you visit this dealership before making a new vehicle purchase anywhere else. More

Danny Pohl stayed late on New Years Eve and made sure we got just what we wanted at a great price. We've gone back a couple times, to pick up vehicle and to change out some options. Each time we get prompt and excellent service. Danny even recommended a great restaurant nearby after we were done. Would definately repeat this experience. BTW- my husband LOVES his new truck! More
