Turns out we had spoken with Danny Pohl at a visit to the dealership some time before this one. He was able to show us the car we were looking for immediately, arranged for us to drive it and was efficient and very pleasant through this step. He did not pressure us to make a decision, but gently asked what our next step was. We informed that we wanted to go home and sleep on the decision. The next day, we decided to purchase the vehicle and went to see Danny right away. He was quick and efficient in preparing the paperwork, helping us with transferring insurance and arranging a meeting with the General Mgr and Finance Mgr to close the deal. Once the paperwork was fully completed, Danny took a generous amount of time to go over all the details of the car, particularly the electronics of the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated his time because we are older folks who aren't quite as up to speed on technology as the younger generation. We look forward to returning the New Smyrna Chevrolet for service and perhaps future purchases. More

Wonderful expereince I have to say this was actually the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car as the Sale Associate understand my financial status and worke I have to say this was actually the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car as the Sale Associate understand my financial status and worked with me to help me get a new car. As she never made me feel bad/ uncomfortable about my finances which was nice compared to times I have dealt with sales people before. She made sure I got the car I wanted and during the waiting process offered and provided me with refreshments while I waited during the lunch hour. She showed interest in me as a person. I was working with several dealers from Orlando to Palm Coast. Finally, I heard from Kenny Tuter at New Smyrna Chevrolet. I was not pressured at all by Kenny. He tried to find what I wanted but when I still wasn't sure he said we can order exactly what you want. This is the only person at all of the dealerships I was talking to that gave me that option. So, I ordered exactly what I wanted and am now driving my new vehicle, "Daisy". Kenny Tuter is the best car salesman I have ever had contact with. Everyone should go and see him!! More

We were very pleased with the terrific service we received. Damian took the time to learn exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, and why those features were important to us. When it became obvious that "our Tahoe" wasn't in stock at New Smyrna Chevrolet, he then searched the entire Southeast to find "our Tahoe." Damian worked with us on pricing versus options, and eventually we found the Tahoe that met our needs and was within the price range we were comfortable with. He arranged to have "our Tahoe" delivered to New Smyrna Chevrolet at no charge to us. Based on his caring, professional approach, and humble demeanor it's easy to see why Damian is a Chevrolet "Mark of Excellence" award winner for customer service. More
