She was a very condescending young women that does not know how to deal with a customer. Shame on her for the way she treated me. She needs to go back to school to learn some humility and compassion. The receptionist should join her and the parts department secretary also. Rudeness does not become anyone. More

It is not often you come across a Sales Associate that goes the extra mile to make you a happy customer. Kenneth Tuter is just that gentlemen. He is one of the very few salesmen that understood my personality and honesty. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Tuter. I would strongly recommend him to any one of my friends.
