the worst dealership we have ever worked with We bought our truck on the 7th, and did not get to pick it up until the 19th, after so many issues the people at this dealership. We filled out all papers and gave deposit on the 7th, then we were going to have our truck on the 8th before noon. However, it did not work out this way because the truck we bought they sold to someone else and we had to re-do all papers to take our name off - our insurance off - and make sure it was not titled to us while some one else had the truck we had sign all the papers with the Vin Number possessed to us. After all of this, they still had to find us a Special Order Truck 6.2 lit 8 speed, some where in 500 miles or we could not get one. Finally we picked-up a Truck on the 19th after all of the issues and problems, bring it home and find-out it does not have the sun-roof, so I have no idea what will happen from here... Just to let you know No Discount, were ever offered and No effort from Chevy to fix their issues with us... More

Our choice was easy, the buying process was easy as our credit union had a rep onsite. When the storms caused a computer crash, they asked us to join in eating the pizza lunch they had brought in that day. They really took a long to time go through the electronics of the new vehicle and answered all questions happily. The life time power train warranty is a plus as well as the top of the line service department. They were professional and knowledgeable but down to earth. Andre went a step above in resolving a small issue that left us smiling and thankful. More
