Outstanding!!!! I stop bye to look at a new Malibu and was greeted by Chad, who was a manager there. I told him what I was interested in and he immediately pulled the I stop bye to look at a new Malibu and was greeted by Chad, who was a manager there. I told him what I was interested in and he immediately pulled the exact car I was looking for. After driving the Malibu, Chad came out to talk to me. He gave me some figures on the car, and never pressured me once! I told him I would think about it because I had to speak to my family first, he totally agreed and answered all my questions. I came back the next day and bought my brand new Malibu. I had a excellent experience dealing with New Smyrna Chevy, and would highly recommend seeing Chad. More

Purchased a Chevy Silverado z71 I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado Z71 and I love it! Had a minor A/C issue with the sensor but after some troubleshooting the issue was taking care of. I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado Z71 and I love it! Had a minor A/C issue with the sensor but after some troubleshooting the issue was taking care of. My sale man Jon Perez stayed on top of the issue and consistently followed up with me step by step. Jon is the man he treats you like family, and overall is there for you with any issues that may arise. I would highly recommend dealing with Jon! Flawless Customer Service This process could not have been any more perfect. My husband and I walked into NSB Chevy 30 minutes before closing and we were immediately greeted by This process could not have been any more perfect. My husband and I walked into NSB Chevy 30 minutes before closing and we were immediately greeted by Jon Perez with the most enthusiastic and welcoming smile. He directed us to our requested location and happily showed us everything we wanted to see. It was pretty warm outside and Jon offered us cold bottles of water and ensured that we were comfortable. We were neither pressured, nor hassled and Jon was upfront and honest - no games. Not more than 30 minutes into the process, we located a Traverse that we were interested in. We were introduced to Chad who streamlined the approval and purchasing process. He was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We were given a fair deal on our trades and he worked very diligently to get us the best financing rate with multiple banks. Overall, this process could not have been any more perfect. I have purchased a car with NSB Chevy in the past and like Jon said, "we treat you like family" and I could not agree more.
