Outstanding! I had an awesome time at New Smyrna Chevrolet this past weekend. The experience was the best ever. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and above al I had an awesome time at New Smyrna Chevrolet this past weekend. The experience was the best ever. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and above all professional. I had originally spoken to Brad and unfortunately he was off when we went into the showroom...but kudos....he took the time to go the extra mile and ask the GM Jeremy for assistance when he could have just as easy said sorry... I can't help with that.(a pricing error on the GM website) This extra effort told me that this is level of effort is instilled from the top and that made me feel comfortable driving 135 miles to see if we could strike a deal. Damian, Eric and Jeremy the general manager made me and my grandson feel at home from the start. Damian took over and assisted us through the deal process with poise and professionalism. The best part however was that we got a great deal...thanks Jeremy, Erick and Damian...it is a really great deal. Joe the finance officer closed it in record time. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. We got a super car at a super price from a super dealer by a super staff. Thank you all so much...... ....I am completely satisfied. More

Outstanding!!!! I stop bye to look at a new Malibu and was greeted by Chad, who was a manager there. I told him what I was interested in and he immediately pulled the exact car I was looking for. After driving the Malibu, Chad came out to talk to me. He gave me some figures on the car, and never pressured me once! I told him I would think about it because I had to speak to my family first, he totally agreed and answered all my questions. Purchased a Chevy Silverado z71 I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado Z71 and I love it! Had a minor A/C issue with the sensor but after some troubleshooting the issue was taking care of. I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado Z71 and I love it! Had a minor A/C issue with the sensor but after some troubleshooting the issue was taking care of.
