Breath of fresh air! I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their sales associates, Marsha Carroll. Her attitude and methodology of car sales was exactly what I look fo I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their sales associates, Marsha Carroll. Her attitude and methodology of car sales was exactly what I look for. She went above and beyond for my wife and I as some problems arose during our visit. We traveled a couple hours to come to this dealership for a specific car they had. I was informed by the Sales Associate of their policies regarding first come fist serve and agree with the way they treat those situations. Unfortunately, I got a phone call on my drive there informing me that someone else was interested in the same car and had put an offer in on it before I arrived. After Marsha spoke with management and the other prospective buyer was unable to pay that day, the car was ours. Not once was there any discussion of trying to bid us up against each other. I witnessed another Sales Associate dealing with the other prospective buyer and he handled the situation in a very fair and professional manner. Bottom line. This dealership from Sales to Management is honest and fair without question. I will personally come back here for any future car purchases before I try anywhere else. Good to know that there are still people out there with integrity running businesses. More

Stay away from this Dealer I purchased two new vehicles from this dealer and I could not be more disgusted and sorry for such a bad decision.When I had a service issue with my e I purchased two new vehicles from this dealer and I could not be more disgusted and sorry for such a bad decision.When I had a service issue with my emission system they insisted it was normal and no problems existed even though they never even put the vehicle up on a rack for inspection.When I complained to the owner he was defensive and beyond rude.I took the vehicle to Jon Hall Chevy and they replaced the muffler without any problem.I would never buy anything here again!
