The atmosphere created by Marsha and continued by Eric and John was a comfortable one and I felt taken care of without feeling pressured. The car had hubcaps vs. the wheels that were advertised but Eric was all over it and I'm set up for those to be swapped out at my earliest convenience with a loaner car available. John was able to offer a rate competitive with mine but I opted for the service I've known at USAA. Marsha took time to point out some features before we headed home with our vehicle. The salesman "Adam" was very patient with me "I spent 5 hours there with him" and he found a great deal on a 2016 cruze for me. Another reason I favored this dealership and bought a car before leaving was because of the lifetime power train warranty (20 year, 800,000 mile). This alone seemed an unbelievable incentive which caught my attention. Also they offer 1 year of free General maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
